Olympus E-500 Manual ring tube extension 2,5cm inverted lens at 24mm

This center of flower have no more than 0,5mm.

Technique: I cut from a tube of badminton vollants box a ring with 2,5cm.
Natural light from a lamp and flash also.
ISO 400 at 1/160sec.
No tripod!!!
Inverted lens at 24mm.

This macro have something like 5:1 (or more i think!)
