Pedro from Spaingood composition, good colors without domineering and a very well measured light. good photo 17 Feb 2008 12:20pm Richard_Irwin from Belper, United KingdomA lovely vibrant piece of work, great colours and movement. 17 Feb 2008 12:43pm drphoto from Newcastle upon Tyne, United KingdomI adore this shot. As soon as I clicked onto your page I thought 'Oh, wow!' My 2nd thought was, 'I hope you didn't get too wet taking that!' Did you crop it though? I feel like it could benefit from a bit more height. Dan 20 Feb 2008 3:38am @drphoto: Thanks drphoto,no I don´t croped nothing. MaryB from Staffordshire, United KingdomIt's like magical water flowing from the top of the hillside, the details of the wet rocks in the foreground is wonderful. 20 Feb 2008 9:55pm pedro alexandre from loures, Portugalbela longa exposição, o sitio parece apixonante e a luz estava muito boa. 20 Feb 2008 10:26pm Michael Skorulski from Cigel, SlovakiaVery nice indeed. The image has a soothing quality. 21 Feb 2008 9:53am Peter from Antwerp, BelgiumWonderful shot. It must have been dark for you to use that kind of shutter speed? 29 Feb 2008 3:13pm @Peter: Very dark and dificult to focousing too,i don´t have at time a laser to focousing well but i can with help an external flash/light.Thanks Ken McCoy from Orlando-Daytona Beach, FL, United StatesGreat processing technique! Yo have obviously found a way to heighten detail in elements like branches and leaves, while smoothing the water and rock textures - I like the "glow" on the water. Is this a composite of more than one shot, or did you work from one image? 4 Mar 2008 3:09am @Ken McCoy: Yes,one raw shot mode, but try to push more light on this image and i convert it in 3 images increase +0,5 ev each one and try not burn the white lights,it´s one way of final processing image. Thanks Julie McLeod from Ottawa, CanadaThis is a fantastic image. Thanks for sharing your technique in the previous response. You inspire me to try your method of multiple 'exposures' created from one captured image. 10 Mar 2008 11:54pm Gitsr from Brown Town, GermanyI love the light in this picture - and will certainly try out your processing tip. 21 May 2009 7:17am |
